Phase 1 preview — pages render fixture data only; no changes are saved.
- Comma-delimited CSV with a header row (no delimiter option; duplicate headers are rejected at upload). Accepted types: CSV, TSV and plain text — a .tsv is still parsed with commas.
- Legacy has no application size limit (only PHP's upload limit) and processes files in slices of 500 rows; each slice is its own transaction, so an error in one slice keeps earlier slices.
- History only records the file; legacy keeps no status, row counts or created/updated tallies — those are shown in the browser while a run is in progress.
